A FREE Advanced System Flush - Worth £250
Our advanced system flush helps heat your home faster whilst wasting less energy doing so. The flush cleans out the entire central heating system and reduces wear and tear in the system and prevents damage to the boiler.
Dirty water in your system causes heating issues and reduces the efficency of the system. Sludge build up causes blockages in pipes and cold spots in radiators, both causing a lot of waste when heating your home.
The majority of boiler breakdowns are caused by dirty water in the system.
Magnetic Filter
Boilers are largely made of metal and they contain water: in other words, a recipe for rust to be formed. Chemicals will prevent the majority of debris build-up in a heating system, but ferrous metal sludge needs to be filtered out. By installing a magnetic boiler sludge filter on your central heating flow or return, you can make the removal and cleaning an easier process. What's more, because the sludge is being trapped and filtered as it's created, you're preventing it from circulating through your boiler.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm
Every boiler we install comes with a carbon monoxide alarm which can detect the smallest amounts of carbon monoxide and has a 10 year life span. Our customers safety is our biggest priority.
Chemical inhibitor treatment of the heating system
A central heating inhibitor is a chemical solution that is added into your central heating system.
Its purpose is to stop rust and internal corrosion from occurring inside your heating system, which could reduce performance and efficiency.
During each installation, Heat My House engineers add a chemical inhibitor to the system.
Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat
Each Heat My House installation is fitted with a wireless programmable room thermostat.
Condensate Pipework
All condensate pipework is included in the price above.
Pipework Installation and Modifications
All pipework installation, design and modifications are included in the price given above.
Flue Installation
Whether it's an external wall flue, sloped roof flue or flat roof flue, they're all included in the price given above.
Boiler Aftercare
When you have a boiler installed by Heat My House, it is installed inline with the manufacturers recommendations and is registered with the manufacturer to validiate the warranty. The warranty covers parts and labour.
On top of this Heat My House offers a 1 year workmanship warranty on works done by our Gas Safe engineers.
Electrical Modifications
All electrical works relating to the installation of your new boiler is included in the price above.
Gas Safety Certificate
A Gas Safety Certificate (GSC) is a document that a Gas Safe registered engineer provides after they've serviced, installed, or safety checked a gas appliance in a property. The certificate is a legal requirement for all commercial and residential buildings that have a gas supply.
Heat My House engineers provide a Gas Safety Certificate with every boiler install.
Registration of the new boiler with the manufacturer
Once your new boiler installation is complete and you are happy with the work carried out, your Heat My House engineer will register your boiler with the manufacturer to begin the warranty period.

Removal and recycling of old boiler and associated parts
The price given above includes the removal and recycling of all the waste created during the installation.
Re-balance of whole central heating system
This process is completed as part of the commissioning process and involves taking air out of the system that could be blocking hot water from heating the radiators in the central heating system fully
Mains gas pipe upgrade from meter if needed - see T&C's
When fitting a new boiler, there can be times where a gas pipe upgrade is required. For example from 15mm pipe to 22mm pipe, and this is upgrade is included in the price of the quote given above to a certain length. As stated in the T&C's after a set length there is a supplementary charge which is priced per metre.
Parts and labour warranty
All boilers are fitted inline with the manufacturers recommendations so that their warranty is valid straight from the off.
1 year workmanship warranty
All workmanship done by your Heat My House engineer has a 1 year workmansnip warranty.
A complete handover of the boiler and it's operation with the customer.
Upon completion of the boiler installation the Heat My House engineer will do a full equipment handover with you, to ensure that you know how to use and make the most out of your new boiler and associated equipment.
Repairs to any external brickwork
When fitting a flue, external brickwork can be disturbed. Our engineers will complete any repairs needed.
Annual Service Reminder
Heat My House will send you an annual service reminder to ensure that you know when to get your boiler serviced. Keeping your boiler serviced maintains its warranty.

On top of this Heat My House offers a 1 year workmanship warranty on works done by our Gas Safe engineers.
Our engineers will do a full and complete handover explaining how to use your new boiler and associated accessories.
Heat My House will also send an email notification annually when it's time to service your boiler.
After purchasing the boiler of your choice, you will receive a phone call from a member of our aftersales team and they will arrange an installation date with you.
This date can be within the same week of the purchase or a future date that works best for you.
